The American Murray Grey Association is pleased to highlight the Murray Grey exhibitors from the 2026 Ohio Beef Expo, held March 20, 2026, at the Ohio State Fairgrounds in Columbus, Ohio.

Breeders from Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania came together to exhibit a total of 26 registered Murray Greys, representing a strong cross-section of the breed in both quality and consistency.

The Ohio Beef Expo continues to be an important event for showcasing beef cattle in the Eastern/Midwest Region, and we appreciate the effort and commitment of our exhibitors in representing Murray Greys so well.

Heifer calves registered under 120 days — just $15

As calving season progresses, now is the ideal time to build and document your female inventory. Registered Murray Grey females continue to be in strong demand, with registered breeding stock consistently achieving higher market premiums.

Submissions are currently open for the 2026 AMGA Sire Directory, and we encourage breeders and advertisers to have their details included in this upcoming edition.

The American Murray Grey Association Sire Directory is the only U.S. publication dedicated exclusively to Murray Grey semen, making it an important reference for both seedstock and commercial producers planning ahead.

Open to members and non-members
Submissions are welcome for:
• Murray Grey semen listings
• Farm advertisements
• Business advertisements supporting the Murray Grey industry

PHOTO DRIVE: Help Us Showcase the Murray Grey Breed!

AMGA Members, we need your help!

We are launching a new Photo Drive to build a fresh library of high-quality stock images for the AMGA website, brochures, annual Sire Directory, and future promotional materials. Our goal is to collect 30–40 new photos that highlight the beauty, versatility, and personality of Murray Grey cattle and the people who raise them.

How to Participate:

Comment on this post with your favorite Murray Grey photos.
Members will be invited to “like” the photos they want to see featured in AMGA promotional materials.

The photos with the most member support will be selected by the AMGA. If your photo is chosen, you’ll receive a FREE AMGA keychain as a thank-you for contributing to the breed’s visibility!

Photo Suggestions:
• Bulls, cows, and calves
• Herd shots
• Pasture, feedlot, or show environments
• Farm/ranch lifestyle images
• Seasonal or scenic backgrounds
