This is the kind of training that really matters. 🐾

A graduation happening nearby, another dog working with a trainer in the background, people moving around, plenty to watch… and Sophie’s only job is to stay on Place and take it all in calmly.

That ability to remain settled around activity and distractions is such a huge part of real-life obedience. She doesn’t need to react to everything happening around her. She just needs to stay composed, hold her position, and make good choices.

Sophie absolutely nailed it. 🤍

A high-energy dog doesn’t need to become a low-energy dog. They just need to learn how to use that energy in a more productive way. ✨

Through structure, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through, we teach dogs how to slow their brains down, think through their choices, and stay responsive even when they’re excited.

The goal isn’t to change who they are. It’s to help all that energy turn into better decisions, better manners, and a dog that’s much easier to live life with. 🐾

This summer was crazy busy, and July was one for the books. Huge numbers, huge progress, and so many pups putting in the work and heading home with stronger obedience and better habits.
