I haven't seen this beautiful boy in a LONG time! I've missed him!
But, you'd never know it's been so long by how he jumped up on me as soon as I walked in the door!

Good evening, TCS family!

We hope you're all enjoying this wonderful holiday season! Please give all your furry and feathery babies some extra love from us! ❤️🥰😘😍💋

As a friendly reminder, one of our current policies is to collect a non-refundable/non-transferable retainer to secure your booking dates.

Over the past three years, we haven't had to implement this policy at all, and for that, we are incredibly grateful!

Moving forward,
As of January 1, 2025, we will be implementing this policy regarding bookings.

In response to an increase in last-minute cancellations, we will require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer at the time of booking for all new clients and certain existing clients at our own discretion.

This change is necessary to help us manage our schedule more efficiently and effectively to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible quality service and care to all our clients. Last-minute cancellations not only impact our business but also prevent other clients from securing the dates they need.

As a reminder, the remaining balance will be due prior to our first visit, as per our usual practice.

We are actively working to address the cancellation issues to ensure a smoother experience for everyone involved moving forward.

We recognize that occasional cancellations are unavoidable, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. In the past, we have made every effort to be very accommodating/understanding and we were happy to do so.
However, this measure is essential now for TCS to maintain its operations and continue providing quality care and service to our clients.

As you may know, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our ability to rebook those dates with other clients due to not having enough notice. By implementing this retainer, we aim to mitigate potential losses and ensure that we can continue to deliver the high level of quality service and care we strive so hard to provide you and your babies.They are our main priority when in our care.

We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and loyalty over the past three years. It has been a pleasure and an honor to care for your beloved pets, and we are committed to ensuring their happiness and well-being.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our policy on the non-refundable and non-transferable retainer.

Thank you for your trust and loyalty. We look forward to seeing all of your babies soon!
