LUNA IS IN NEED OF A HOME! 

Luna is around 5 yrs old. Housetrained, has lived with a couple of sister dogs in a fenced yard. Does not wander away or try to escape. Does not dig. Does not jump up on you. Not a lot of shedding; oily shiny low maintenance fur, caramel red with black saddle and small white blaze. Beautiful soft long ears and a big voice with some funny bugle talk patterns. “I’m sooooo hungry!” Or “Scratch my butt please!” Very sweet and affectionate with family and has gotten along well with other pups. Loves to be petted. Super chow motivated! Very trainable and smart. She is triggered to chase cats and small furry things as a hunting instinct. We have had more family move in with cats and she’s nervous around our preschool kids. Kindergarten and above she doesn’t seem to mind. Security minded with strange men. We don’t know too much about leash habits since she mostly stayed home with large yard but less and less access to that space but would train well. Will counter surf if you leave it out! But she’s a love. Kennel no problem.

Please keep an eye out for Rosie. She disappeared between Kokopelli Gardens and the high school. She’s very friendly but can be shy. She loves kids.
