Tonight’s : surf and turf. 🥩🍤 venison steak cooked perfectly medium rare, topped with micro cilantro chimichurri.

Garlic butter shrimp sautéed in basil olive oil from and butter, over a bed of jasmine rice mixed with some micro cilantro chimichurri sauce, fresh shredded parmesan, and topped with red cabbage microgreens.

Perfectly paired with a bold red!
