The cost of living, wages, sick pay, insurance, supplies and everything has drastically risen.

The employees in this business are a important part of the pet care industry.

Please understand that it’s important we can all continue to have a future in this career, doing what we love, which is caring for your pets, while being able to provide for our families.

Rate increases have begun as of January 1, 2023.

Hello Everyone,

This is the owner of The Parlor/Bark n Buddies.

I'm a bit frustrated to share this, but we've been waiting our phones and internet to be fixed, since last Friday. ..

If you've not received any reminders or callbacks, it's because we are waiting on Windstream... We can't access our system.

I deeply apologize about this frustrating situation.

They did send a tech yesterday and this tech spoke with my husband...At that time, My husband informed him that our phone and internet was fine.

...I'm still waiting to meet my husband, as I've never been married.. Just my luck!

🤣🤦‍♀️😂.

Please bare with us, I'm literally calling Windstream over and over again, asking them to address the situation. .

Dog groomers are considered essential this time around.

If you ask me, all businesses are essential!

We will not be shutting down. And everyone who chooses to shut down we respect and support your decision.

Everyone who chooses not to shut down,
We also respect you and support you.

Everyone please pray, for everyone.

It doesn't matter what walk of life we are in right now, We are all going through some really tough times.

Now is the time for us to come together and do the best we can to help each other out.

We will continue to take safety precautions. And take care of your pets here in town to the best of our ability.

Hey everyone!

I know it's been a minute since I've posted I wanted to let you know that we are working diligently on contacting everyone, you should be expecting a call today and tomorrow, or even in the next couple of days.

However please do not hesitate to reach out and leave a voicemail on our phone.

We have so many people to call that we are very backed up, but we are working very hard at getting everything straightened out.

WE WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

We are also looking forward to the reopening of our shop.

I have backtracked and all of the messages and passed those over to the people in charge of the phone calls right now.

but once again there is so many people so please do not hesitate to call our parlor phone and leave a voicemail.

Also you will be getting a call from a different number other than the Parlor number, simply because we are working on our shop and had to temporarily set up our office elsewhere.

Thank you so much, for your patience and understanding. We truly adore each and every one of you as well as the doggos and cats!

Due to recent circumstances surrounding the pandemic, we are very low on staffing..

Our current groomer and bathers at this location, lost a very precious family member. ..Time is needed to grieve.

We have made the tough decision to go ahead and keep our doors closed until May 15th.

During this time we have arranged for our shop to have a few updates done.

We are truly sorry about the inconvenience.

I know things are very hard for the world right now, we can assure you that whenever we open our doors again, we will continue to offer the best service we can to you, and your pets.

We will be working on returning phone calls this next week, and trying to get our appointment book straightened out.

Please be patient with us, this is a bunch of unforeseen circumstances and we are doing the best we can.

We appreciate you all. And look forward to the reopening.
