For those of you that do not know...I own a FABULOUS Doggie DayCare facility in Encinitas, CA. We are hiring! I am looking for someone that is passionate about dogs, can lift 50 + lbs, and can cover weekend shifts once in a while. My rule of thumb has always been that if you can not put your hand or bare foot on the pavement for the count of 5 it’s too hot for your dog. 🔥. Paws burn VERY quickly. 🐾
