GCH 4 Clovers Game On "Swish"

Swish is another one of our exceptional dogs that had a photo shoot done with Niki. He came along to the MASCUSA National, not because he was showing, but because he is a beloved pet and we figured we could squeeze one more into the car.

Swish's daughter, Wyndemere Corvette Dreams "Zora" who is bred and owned by Cindy Booth of Wyndemere MAS won RWB at 2 pre shows earing 2-3pt majors. She also won WB for a 5pt major at our National Specialty!! I am so proud of Zora and her owner/breeder Cindy. This was Zora's second weekend out showing!

In the next few years we have some litters planned for Swish.

CH Wiggle Rump Call Me Old Fashioned "Rye"

One of the main reasons we went to MASCUSA Nationals this year was to have many of our dogs photographed by the ever so talented Niki Gilland. Niki outdid herself again!

Rye is everything you could want in a dog. He has an outstanding temperament, structurally sound and beauty on top of it all!

Today can't pass by without wishing CJ a very HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY!!

These photos are almost exactly 9 years apart. Seeing this photo is a flashback to that day. Every day with this old guy is a blessing. Some days are good and some days he needs a little help to get up or some motivation.

The good days out way the bad, so we will give him his treat before bed and a kiss on the nose until he tells me its time. I am tearing up as I type this, but until then we will cherish every day❤️

UPDATE 3/3: We had our first true sighting today! Unfortunately she was chased and lost sight of but we now have a better direction on where she is. At this point we wait for our next sighting. 🤞

One of Minis, Shania was with our wonderful friend and handler at a dog show in Winston-Salem, NC and got loose yesterday. We are working with a pet psychic and local tracker but we need help to share this post far and wide!!!!

Hi 4 Clovers Family!
Friday morning we made an emergency appointment for Laney to have chest X-rays. She threw up the night before many many times and seemed very "off". After being seen by our vet, they had us rush to an emergency vet to have Laney seen by a specialist, because her one lung didn't look good. After some testing and X-rays being sent off to the radiologist it came back that Laney had aspiration pneumonia. They decided to keep her overnight to monitor her while giving her nebulizer treatments, IV fluids and ivy antibiotics. Saturday morning they called and said she was the absolute best Mini Aussie they have ever met and she has made improvements and is good to be discharged. Such a huge sigh of relief! After this traumatizing experience we have decided to retire Laney from our breeding program. Yes she is healthy.

Those of you who have spoken to me over the phone or come to pick up a puppy in the last few years have met Laney. She is my everything and I can't imagine her not being here with me. So she will be getting spayed and continue to be one of our Meet & Greet dogs, puppy nanny and a very important part of my life.

This is a picture of me saying good night to Laney before I left her in the capable hands of the wonderful CARES Emergency Vet on Friday night. We were sitting on the floor snuggling, me trying not to cry 😭

Even at 15 yrs 9 months CJ still gets in his daily exercise!

So many people check in on CJ. He is still doing wonderful. Some days are better than others but the cold and wind don't seem to slow him down!

Yes, every month counts and is a blessing!

The dog yard is getting an upgrade!! I love having a project at home, so our current project is a 2ft deep concrete barrier underground. Yes you read that correctly.

This will provide an extra measure of security so those pesky ground hogs stop trying to dig into my yard. Why they try to dig into my yard with the dogs here is beyond me. 2-3 times a day I would fill in a new ground hog hole. If I wasn't fast enough my lovely dogs would try to beat me to it so they could enjoy a wonderful stroll around the property unsupervised 🤦.
