Good evening everyone,
I’d like to take a moment to address a few important reminders regarding our salon operations and communication.
Please keep in mind that we are an appointment-based salon operating Tuesday through Saturday. Because of this, there may occasionally be days where we leave early or are unavailable due to scheduling needs. As a small business owner with a family at home, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is very important to me. For that reason, I do not bring my work phone home or respond to messages outside of business hours.
During appointments, my focus and attention are dedicated entirely to the pets in my care, so I may not always be able to answer phone calls immediately. If I miss your call, please leave a voicemail so I know to return it. If you have not heard back, feel free to call again or send a text message.
I take great pride not only in the quality of my work, but also in providing excellent customer service. Every client is treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I kindly ask for the same in return. Any rude or disrespectful communication will result in refusal of service, as I am committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment within my salon.
I truly appreciate the continued support of my small business and your understanding that we also have lives and families outside of work. Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and ongoing support. ❤️
