Wow, 2022 flew by so quickly! I truly can't believe I'm 18 months into owning my dream business. I'm constantly trying to better my business by learning new skills through continued education. In addition to my pet spa owner, vet assistant, pet groomer, and pet CPR certifications—I am now also an A.K.C certified safe groomer, certified doodle stylist, and fear-free groomer. Be watching for new offerings from my business in the coming months!
As a small business owner, my number one priority has always been providing the best services to my clients—both human and furry. That said, with growth comes change. I've had to adjust my business operations to keep up with the times. Changes are as follows:
1. Price increase: I hate doing this, but I've held off as long as possible. This is my first increase, but the prices of products alone have gone up significantly. Most services have been raised by $5 to $10. If you need to know whether your price has changed, message me!
2. Late pickup policy: A $10 fee will be added if it takes longer than 30 minutes to pick up your pet after I message you (unless otherwise discussed). Being a one-on-one and cage-free groomer, prompt pickup is extremely important.
3. No call, no show policy: Please don't make me require a deposit. That's the last thing I want, so please—just let me know if you can't make it when you get your reminder message two days prior. I always have a cancellation list of others who will happily take the opening if you give me a heads-up. I promise I'm super understanding and will happily get you rescheduled.
