Welcome to my page and to the inaugural post of my new series SATURDAY SPOTLIGHT! This is where I will feature one of my pet clients for you to enjoy each week.
I thought it only fitting to kick off this series with the OG! And I already have tears flowing thinking about him, because this is a posthumous tribute.

MEET BOOST!
When I started this business as a side job 13 years ago, Boost’s family was one of my very first clients - and they are still my clients, and Friends!
Boost was his given name - but we all called him BoBo.
Bobo was something else! Sweet, stubborn and attitudinal lol. He either liked you or he didn’t! He would either obey or he wouldn’t. He was my buddy and I miss him to this day, just as much as his family does.
He loved all things he shouldn’t - remotes, shoes, rubber duckies (see thr x-ray below lol) and phones. I will never forget our first meet and greet. His mama, Allison, was so nervous that I would be overwhelmed by his energy and attitude. Her first words to me I will never forget: “Hi, it’s nice to meet you. Don’t put your phone down, because if he gets it you aren’t getting it back” 🤣.
BoBo and I became friends that day, and over the years I like to think that I became one of his favorite people. He was definitely one of my favorite pups! He loved my visits, and tolerated that I had to give attention to his canine siblings too! Haha.
BoBo passed away in 2020 at the age of 11. It was an emergency situation during the pandemic. Despite nursing a back injury of my own I tried everything to get to the vet to be with Allison and her daughter before they had to say goodbye, but there was no time. He crossed the rainbow bridge, and is now pain free and watching over his family. We love you BoBo 🐾❤️. Thanks for loving your family and letting me take care of you for all those years!
