With the holidays upon us we wanted to check in and do a quick housekeeping post!
π© Holidays book up quickly so please let us know if you need to make or change a pre-booked appointment as soon as possible.
π© Now is not the time to abandon your pre-booked schedule. Releasing your rotation with the expectation that weβll have something on short notice later on means that someone else will be offered your spot and an opening is not guaranteed. Currently, we are working on our schedule through the end of the year so now is the time to let us know if you just need to shift one way or another due to holiday plans.
π© We will be adding days into the schedule to accommodate everyone that wants a holiday appointment. Also, please pay attention to your appointment cards! We try to mention if youβre changed from your βregularβ day to another. We will be closed for grooming (boarding will still be available) over the Holiday break so some people will be scheduled a week early, some a week later. Let us know if you have a preference.
π© Please be ON TIME! Our schedule will be tighter during the holidays and as we focus on individual attention and a two hour turnaround, having everyone come on time will help us to keep our days flowing smoothly. Remember - Your appointment time begins at the time your pet is scheduled. If you choose to show up early or late, your petβs pick up time will not be affected. For instance: If you come at 1:30 for a 2:00 appt, your pet will still be ready at 4:00, not 3:30. Conversely, if you come at 1:30 for a 1:00 appt, we will complete as much as possible in the time we have left before their scheduled pick up time of 3:00. Please note: Late arrivals will be handled on a case by case basis. It is possible, depending on the severity of lateness, that we will need to reschedule. If you choose to no show/late cancel without sufficient notice, it is unlikely that we will have another opening before January.
