Adventure awaits! 🚐🐾 Today, we’re prepping the bus for another epic transport journey! While I’m away, my awesome brother-in-law (who also lives here) will be helping care for the kennels. Huge thanks to Scouts Kennel Club for often jumping in to help move pups from shelters to their new beginnings!

This time, we’re hitting the road from Tifton Animal Control in Tift County, GA, all the way to New York—a 48-hour adventure! Wish us luck and keep us in your prayers for a safe trip. We’ll be sharing updates along the way, so stay tuned! Every dog on this journey is on their way to a loving foster home or forever family. Let’s do this! 🐶❤️

Well thanks to the kennels being busier, Aaron’s is deliver me a new set washer and dryer tomorrow. So luckily only down a couple days. But if the washer was to quit, right now is the best time. As I’m not very busy.

Last night brought something new for us—a big July 4th event at the farm across the road, filling the air with more noise than we’re used to. We know how stressful unexpected sounds can be for our canine guests, especially those with special needs. That’s why we put extra care into our calming routine, using soothing lavender oil and a comforting movie to help everyone feel safe. We’re so relieved and grateful that all our pups, even those on seizure and anxiety medication, made it through the night peacefully. Everyone is now resting soundly, and our hearts are full knowing they felt secure. Wishing everyone a gentle and safe July 4th from Scouts Kennel Club.

Fourth of July vibes are in full swing around here—babies are content, just lounging and watching TV. I’m out on the porch, soaking in the music from the neighbors’ annual party down the road and enjoying the chill atmosphere. Wishing everyone a laid-back and happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸✨
