Can you believe Finnegan is still available for adoption?! This sweet boy is around 4 years old, and absolutely loves attention from humans! He also gets along with other cats.

Unfortunately, he gets overlooked because he ‘looks like every other cat’. We promise if you give him a chance you won’t regret it

Here’s a video of Kaylee, our most recent rescue from the Meadowlands hoarding project. We think this might be the first time she’s been touched by a human!

She is not ready for adoption yet, but she seems like she will be a lover soon enough!

Phoebe is still available for adoption and continuing to make progress with her foster family! She’s incredibly affectionate when her foster mom comes to visit, but still a little shy when it comes to exploring the rest of the house on her own.

So far she’s been accepting of other cats in her space!

All Phoebe needs now is the right forever family 😍

Fostering saves lives.
It’s not an exaggeration. When you open your home, even temporarily, you give a cat safety, warmth, and a chance to heal. We provide supplies, vet care, and support—you provide love and a soft place to land.
We urgently need fosters for:
Adult cats who just want a quiet room and a little patience
Special‑care cats who need extra TLC
Short‑term fosters for 1–3 weeks
Long‑term fosters ready to help until adoption

We have a great team of volunteers who work tirelessly every day to help reduce the overpopulation and suffering of stray/feral cats through sterilization.  We TNR the feral community and find homes for the strays.

🚨 FOSTERS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR SHY RESCUE CATS 🚨
Sonya's Hope for Felines is desperately seeking patient, compassionate foster homes for two shy calico cats being rescued from a home in foreclosure. This is our Meadowlands project. We are up to 18 cats and only have a couple left to close out this project.

The house is now vacant, and these cats have been left behind with no one living there to care for them.

The ones left are frightened, confused, and undersocialized. They need calm, understanding people willing to give them a safe space, time to decompress, and gentle interaction so they can learn to trust again.
🐾 Experience with shy or fearful cats is a huge plus
🐾 Quiet homes preferred
🐾 Rescue support and supplies will be provided

These cats have already lost their home — we don’t want them to lose their chance at a future as well. We want to avoid barn placement.

Paxton is continuing to thrive in his forever home! He is loving being the king of his castle and out of the hoarding home where he has been living!
