Lynn Fortheanimals' Rescue Squad Lynn for the Animals is a non profit 501c3 rescue. We are a small but mighty rescue! Donations are always needed to accomplish the mission of saving animals.

Lynn for the Animals pulls from high kill shelters, works with some owner's that want to surrender their dog to rescue. we are a 501c3... we are a group of dedicated people trying to help the dogs in need in high kill shelters....Lynn Fortheanimals saves dog and cats, young AND old, healthy and in need of medical care from kill-shelters in North Carolina and South Carolina. She always needs foster

homes to help these homeless animals recover (mentally and physically) from their shelter stay; both short-term and long-term fosters are needed. The animals are then adopted into wonderful forever homes where they will be loved and cherished for the rest of their lives! Today was a happy Valentine’s Day for Ms. Millie. She has been through some difficult times in her four years. She has completed her heartworm treatment and has a new mom and brother!

As time went on. We realized that Millie could not stay all day alone without her human. Her new mom is perfect for her. Millie and her new brother get to go to work with mom everyday and grandma and grandpa are few houses down to dog sit when mom needs a few hours to herself.

Millie also has a huge fenced in yard to run in.

Happy gotcha day Ms. Millie!

Meet Wally! Wally was found as a stray and a very nice pilot flew him to Anna Bjerke to be fostered. Wally is three years old. He is emaciated with a body score of 2. He has been treated for hookworms and had some difficulty with a medication that caused him to go to the ER and to the vet the following day for more fluids and treatment. Wally need to gain weight before his neuter. It has been a slow process but he is the nicest little fella and has good energy playing and snuggling with his foster sisters.
