We have been open for almost a month now and we just wanted to take the time to say thank you to our community for all the love a support through the difficult time of rebuilding and through getting back open. We have been very blessed to be able to come through this tough time and would not have been able to do it with out the support of our community.
If you are in need of an appointment for grooming give us a call at 828-667-9177.
If you are in need of nail clipping/grinding stop by any time during business hours and it is $10 per pet.

Late/Cancellation/No Show Policy
• Late
If you are more then 15 min late to your appointment you are subject to lossing your spot and haveing to pay the no show fee.
• Cancellation
All cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee.
• No Show
If you no call no show your appointment you will be subject to pay 100% of the missed appointment before your next appointment will be made.

This is the same policy we had in the past just wanted to post here.

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!
We are open and making appointments!
Please call the shop to make appointments we will not be able to make appointments through Facebook!
Nails are still done on a walk in base anytime during business hours. We are trying to possibly work out a nail clinic will post updates on that.

🌟🌟🌟🌟BIG NEWS🌟🌟🌟🌟
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NAIL DAY CLINIC CANCLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Buncombe County has put a hold on or permit to get our mini split installed.
With out this we have no AC. We will not put employees or pets at risk of overheating!
We have been dealing with permit problems from the county for over 7 months at this point and one reason this has taken so long!!

We are going to have a nail clinic on Saturday April 19th from 10:00am till 2:00pm!! The price will be $10 per pet cash only! This will be high traffic day if you chose to bring a cat it must be in a  carrier. This will help get us caught up on all the nails before we open!
****Regular Update****
!!!!!!!AC WILL NOT GET INSTALLED UNTILL BUNCOMBE COUNTY RELEASES THE PERMIT!!!! NO PROJRCTED OPEN DATE UNTILL THIS IS TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!!
We should be getting our AC/Heat units installed today!! Once that is done we have a few small things to finish up. Once we get our phone install we will be going though all the cards and calling people to make appointments.
We want to thank everyone that has been patient with us though this. This was a long road from taking the shop down to just four block walls and a concrete floor to where it is now! I will post a video walkthrough probably tomorrow!

***Small update for tonight***
We have PASSED our inspections!! We will be working on final things this week! Along with getting all our equipment in great working order as some of it needs to be replaced from being pack up for so long! The major thing is getting our AC installed and our phones hooked up! Once the AC is done and the phones are working we should be able to set an open date and start booking appointments.

****UPDATE TIME****
This past month has been very busy!!
We want to first start with a congratulations to Kaitlyn who had her baby at the end of February!
The shop has come along ways I will be posting pictures as soon as it is completed.
We have finished everything except the plumbing and some touch up workthat should be completed this week.
Once plumbing is done we will be able to have our final inspection and start moving all of our equipment in. Once equipment is in we will have to spend a few days doing maintenance on everything as it has been packed up and not in use for the past 6 months. Once we make sure all equipment is in top working order we will have an open date and we will start booking appointments.
We still ask for patience as we get the last final things done. We have worked very hard and want to thank everyone that has had kind words and been supportive through this!

*Small up date*
We do not know a project open date!
Things are moving as fast as they can!
I will post an open date as soon as we know one.
The sheet rock is up and finished we have started painting but there is still much to do. We still have to get pur plumbing and electrical hooked up so we can do our final inspection. There is still trim work, tile work, painting and flooring that all needs to be done before the inspection can happen. 
We have some great people helping us out to make sure everything is done correctly and at a good quality.
Once all the building is finished we still have to get phone, internet and all equipment moved in and maintained to make sure it is at top quality to groom.

02/06/2025

***UPDATE***
Things have been making moves the past few weeks. We have passed all of our first round of inspections finally. This includes the wall/ceiling studs, electrical, plumbing, and insulation. We are up to all the new codes since the flood. We are working on putting up all the sheet rock for walls and ceiling now. The two new custom windows came in and have been installed. We are still waiting on the doors to come in. Things have been slow but we are making the best progress we can for the situation we are in. Still no estimate on when we will open as we are still waiting on things to come in. We hope to be opening around the first couple weeks in March.
