I was thinking with bootcamp coming up,I was wondering if you know how much water you drink in a day. Did you know you need extra water when working out. I challenge myself to 70 Oz. Of water a day. Plus an extra 15-20 ozs on days that I workout. It's not easy. Sometimes I have to push myself to drink my water. But it helps with headaches, skin and you will get clearer p*e!! Yup I said that. Haha
So give it a try. You can go up in ozs or down.
