Like many small businesses, we have struggled over the past few years in the face of rising costs of everything around us. We have kept our prices as low as possible for as long as we possibly could. However, the time has come where we must do an across-the-board increase in order to stay viable as a business and continue to pay our groomers a livable wage. Effective May 1st, 2026 all services and add on prices will increase by 15%.

Let’s talk about Ticks…

In the past month, we have seen an influx of ticks on dogs coming in. These are not ticks that just crawled on them. They have bitten the dog and become engorged and it only takes 36 to 48 hours for them to transmit tick borne diseases like Lyme or anaplasmosis to your dog. In the past 5 years or so, we’ve been seeing them on dogs year round. Our winters in Ohio are not long enough or cold enough to kill them anymore. It’s important to keep your dogs on monthly flea and tick prevention prescribed by your veterinarian all year round!
