It is with great excitement and humility I share this news.

I have been named one of 8 Accredited Ride With Your Mind ® Rider Biomechanics Coaches in North America with Level 1 Mastery distinction. I am honored to be included on this Roster of Excellence.

Horse welfare is top priority in my program. Correct biomechanical function at liberty and under saddle is central to equine health and well-being. I am dedicated in my coaching of Riders towards this understanding, and that their own biomechanics contribute significantly to their ridden outcomes.

I remain committed to continued participation in opportunities that expand my education to support the horses and riders in my program. From saddle fit, body work, nervous system regulation, species appropriate care, and horse and rider biomechanics — my program offers a unique and encompassing method that promotes harmony, trust and notable results.

Luxe Equestrian Center regularly hosts educational opportunities as I believe knowledge, education and welfare-first practices are meant to be shared to enrich the lives of the horses we so love.

I am available for trailer-in lessons at Luxe Equestrian Center, Day and Weekend Clinics, and also local travel to select locations.

Development happens when we focus our intention and attention.

This image perfectly depicts steady progress is made with every interaction both in the saddle and from the ground.

These results are not from hours of sweaty saddle pads, or from riding a horse to suppleness, nor riding a test and the movements on repeat, but rather from careful thought of the muscles, ligaments and bones at play, their mechanics, and how to influence them in a positive way through my own body, position and mechanics. It's a method that involves reprograming proprioception and posture to facilitate strength building and engagement of the necessary carrying muscles, easing stress on the tendons, ligaments and joints, producing a balanced, strong equine who is able to find ease in their work with an "up for it" attitude.

I am beyond thrilled with this boy!
Odie amazes me with his heart! His, always, “can do” attitude and trust in me as his pilot allows us to gently move the envelope forward building on the connection we have established -creating lovely harmony, partnership and improved balance, rhythm and engagement.

Sometimes in life you are gifted something you never felt you truly deserved.

When I purchased this boy, I never in my wildest imagination could have thought of all the incredible gifts he would give me.

This horse, my heart, has helped me develop into the horsewoman I am. A horsewoman who tirelessly seeks answers, constantly works towards doing better, being better. He has helped me train other horses, both by example, and in contrast.

He made 19 this year. He is still 4 in my heart and mind, and because he challenged me to be better, in his body he is still a youngster.

I look forward to every second I spend with him. My happy place, my boy Attitash.
