Thank you everyone for your understanding! I book in time slots so when I have a no show it leaves me with at least a 1.5 hour gap till my next appointment.
Also I will not groom dogs with fleas, if your pet has fleas they must be treated before your grooming appointment, this is to keep other pets being groomed safe from getting them
