After the worst winter in a long time, Baby Vixen is playing catchup with her mondioring. If anyone is curious as to what I rank as the best dog I have produced, so far, its her. No dog is perfect, but her potential and gentic makeup is close to it for me. After 3 generations, I am in a better spot as a trainer to not screw it up too! Cheers to the future.

Phoenix seems to know this is her last litter. The pups go home in 7 days. She has spent more time with them than her other litters, breaking into the puppy area at a whim just to see them. I will be forever grateful for her. Watching the pups knowing this is the last time her and I will do this together is bittersweet. The next time I will do this is with her daughters and I wonder what sort of grandmother she will be. She is eager to get back to work, and I hope we get to step on the field one more time. She owes me nothing, we are doing this for her.
