Quiet people make spooky horses, and spooky people make quiet horses.

We are humans!
We are weird!
And if we keep tiptoeing around our horses, or being as quiet as possible on and off their backs...then they aren't getting the full experience of us. Have a dance party with your horse next time you see them! Randomly scream into the wind. Make wierd sudden noises on their back, sing karaoke on the trail, play some charades while tacking up...whatever it is, do it. It's good for horses to get used to humans doing strange things, so do them! Step outside your own comfort zone and get extreme. We work hard to desensitize them to plastic bags and other objects...but don't forget to desensitize them to the most unpredictable of things. Us!

I wanted to post this today. Today is Alex Jeffries birthday he would have been 28 . I miss him every day.

Well we were MIA again for 3 days..🤷 back to our favorite place Panther Creek Trail Rides & Campground . left Friday morning with camper in tow (first time pulling and sleeping in the new camper). Made our usual stop at the Cree mee ❤️( sorry forgot to take a picture) . Made it to PC 2ish. 6pm had a little pot luck dinner with lasagna, pasta salad, veggie, and a salad. Then a lot of karaoke!!
Saturday morning (PC 1st annual hog roast and music fest) up at the crack of dawn! Enjoyed our free pizza 🤦(that's a WHOLE nother story) staff meeting with our fearless leader Stacie Smith 😁 (you know the usual you do this - you do this.... See you on the other side) 😜

I took care of the bands that was there B Howard Crist (love listening to him!!!❤️) and The whiskey blend band w/ Chad Lamb (really good!! Amazing!! )

I know I walked a hundred miles yesterday 🤥 or what seemed like it .I also got to see a few friends 😍

WOW!! This is going to be a great year!!
Several new jumps on the books already and a few in the making!!
I will post where I'm going to be if you want to come watch us jump or if you would like to go on a trail ride with me ..

I will be at panther Creek April 11th and 12th doing some trail riding and enjoying their Buck wild weekend! Come on down do some riding and enjoy everyones company at Panther Creek!!
