Our special shop cat, Blade, keeps us on our toes every single day—from going in and out, in and out, in and out ALL day long to greeting our wonderful customers in the parking lot. Life at L.O.T.O. Groom Room just wouldn’t be the same without him! 🐾🖤

Today at L.O.T.O. Groom Room—three Charlies and two Lucys all came in for their spa days on the very same day! 🐾 Same names, but five completely different and adorable personalities. It was definitely a Charlie and Lucy kind of day! 💙💜
