Now that I have an app that reminds each client of their appointment, I am starting a no show/cancelation policy.
There is a $25 fee (per dog) if you no show or cancel last minute(some things are understandable and up to my own discretion) I will not book you next appointment until the fee is paid. If the fee is not paid you will be removed from my client list permanently.
