Must be able to work hard and have attention to detail
Must have a good attitude and be ready to learn
(THIS IS A TRAINING AND C**T STARTING BARN, NEED TO BE ABLE AND CONFIDENT TO HANDLE C**TS/ GREEN HORSES)
Job includes duties such as, cleaning stalls/ waters, keeping barn and tack rooms clean, washing horses and other duties around the ranch that retain around cleaning.
Willing to give lessons after a month of working if willing to take a slight deduction in pay, pay will also revolve around your knowledge and skills. You will have to prove you are dedicated and a good listener for me to give you lessons.

Gwen is a 4 year old Arabian mare, she came to me about 2 weeks ago needing to be started and was very spooky and flighty, she was rearing, wouldn’t let you pick her feet up and over all a horse that just needed good consistency. Since i started working with Gwen she can pick up all feet wonderfully, stand tied, be washed off, saddled up/ groomed and rode with out a problem. She has no problems being caught anymore, yesterday I put the 4th ride on Gwen and she’s doing amazingly just as she is with everything else. She will walk, trot and lope with out hesitation, moves great off of leg pressure and is incredibly soft to the hackamore, disengages her hind end and her front end very smoothly and calmly now. Today I will be putting her 5th ride on her and will be taking her out of the round pen to introduce her to the big world, stay tuned for the progress on this intelligent mare Gwen.
