It doesn’t matter when you lost them because it can still hurt years later. What matters the most is knowing they are still here and connecting with them. They want you happy and to know they are still here in spirit. Moose passed at Thanksgiving. I think about him everyday and I miss him everyday. He speaks to me often and so does your horse.
