Dear Doodie Busters Family,

We wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your kindness, patience, and understanding during this incredibly difficult time for our family.

Last night, our beloved grandfather, Melvin, peacefully went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by those who loved him most. As we navigate this heartbreaking loss and celebrate a life so beautifully lived, our family will be taking some time to be together and honor his memory.

If there are any delays in responding to messages or scheduling services, we truly appreciate your grace and patience. We are doing our best to continue serving our amazing customers while also being present with our family during this time.

We wanted to let everyone know that our service route is canceled until further notice.

After today’s hospice visit, we learned that our grandfather has experienced a significant decline, and we have been told he likely has 24 hours or less. Right now, our family is spending every possible moment by his side as we say our goodbyes.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this incredibly difficult time. We will reach out with updates as soon as we’re able to resume services.

We would like to take a moment to remind our valued customers that our business is operated by a small family team. We understand the urgency of yard maintenance and the challenges that come with it. Unfortunately, we are currently dealing with a family emergency as our grandfather's health is declining. Our regular schedule will resume on Thursday. At Doodie Busters Pet Waste Removal, the safety of our team always comes first. Due to the dangerous heat advisory, we will be postponing services until temperatures are safe enough for our technicians to work.

We know your yards still need cleaned, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’ll resume service as soon as it’s safe to do so.

🐶 A Friendly Reminder for Pet Owners During This Heat:
• Walk your dogs early in the morning or later in the evening.
• Always provide plenty of fresh, cool water.
• Make sure they have access to shade or air conditioning.
• Avoid hot pavement—it can burn their paw pads in seconds.
• Never leave your pet in a parked vehicle, even for a few minutes.
• Watch for signs of heatstroke such as excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, bright red gums, or collapse. If you notice these signs, move your dog to a cool area and contact your veterinarian immediately.

Our furry friends rely on us to keep them safe, just like our employees rely on us to make the right decisions.
