I don’t love having to shave a double coat dog, but when life gives you lemons you do a lion cut☺️

I tried to get this matting out before the bath and then soaked and blow dried trying to break them apart and they just weren’t budging, and he really hated being brushed so this was the option we had.

He ended up being so handsome anyways🖤

*disclaimer I did call and explain the chance of coat damage happening, I do think there was a chance there could already be coat damage because of the matting already*

I know I’m a day late, we were camping and my phone was in SOS mode all weekend!!

Happy Memorial Day, where we honor those who have chosen to give their lives for our country.

As a Veteran myself and having walked through Arlington National Cemetery in October and seeing the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier it bring more perspective.

We may not agree on the politics of it all. But we really are free because of the Brave and we remember those who have fallen before us.

🖤🖤🖤🖤 this big guy had his first ever grooming session with me this weekend. And he did SO good, he was touchy about his feet so I let him win this time and only trimmed what I could while he was standing because he was SO strong I couldn’t lift his paws off the table for very long. 😅😅

But loook how stinking handsome he is ☺️☺️☺️☺️
