We have some pups that we are going to let go. These pups have a lot of the blood that we have been running. I know some have asked and I apologize to those that I haven't gotten back to. My work schedule right now is unbelievably busy. The litter out of Chief and Denver is the same cross as Pinky and Hammer. Both have placed at Nationals and world hunt, these pups should be winners. The old red dog got to put a few more letters in front of his name this weekend and we could not possibly be more proud of him. After yesterday He is now:

We're super happy that the newest addition Sammie could join us for a winning picture with the old man to close out the weekend, and it required a nap to recover from the long day. Chief also earned a spot into the clash final 32 earning another $500.00. Thank you to Cory and Josh for always showing up and helping at all the big hunts and running back and forth from work, ball fields, or whatever else they have going on to help with the dogs. A special thanks to Jeff Duvall, he ran these dogs and kept everything in shape while we were all at work, at the hospital, experiencing life with a new baby, and just flat being lazy. Not many people that we would trust to just come get dogs and run but Jeff did a top notch job and obviously after a long weekend of running, this wouldn't have been possible without him. I believe (not positive) Chief is only the 2nd dog to ever hold both titles of National grand hunting beagle champion and World Hunting Beagle Champion. The first earned around 4 years old the 2nd earned at 8.5. Chief has won us countless dog boxes, tracking systems and collars, cash, and jackets with his numerous wins and placements at many big hunts. I believe the old dog has earned the life of retirement and breeding girlfriends at this point in time. Thank you to everyone that has helped us along the way.

We had a solid weekend at UKC NATIONALS and the first ever Clash of Champions. HBCH Tnt's 3mc Queen of Hearts ( WORLDHBCH GRHBCH TNTS 3MC RAISIN CAIN X GRHBCH GRCH PCH TNTS 3MC SUNDOWN CID )was the $10,000.00 winner, outlasting a field of 32 very nice dogs. Hammer, Chief, Tucker, and Cain all made the final 32 dogs but didn't have much luck, cashing in $500.00 a piece. After the 12k payday on Thursday, Chief was 1 of 3 double cast winners to advance to Sunday morning and after a cast win Sunday morning made the finals. He finished up 4th in the grands and I could not be more proud of him. We had good running every round except the finals. Even at 7 going on 8.. that dog always gives us a chance.
Hammer ended up in the top 8 of Champions, finishing 2nd in his semifinal cast Sunday.

Congratulations to all the winners and to all those who placed.

Although not the ending we were hoping for, any time you can put a dog in the top 10 at a major event, feels like at least a few things went right... we were lucky enough to place 3 dogs of our own in the top 10. Hopefully the future continues to be bright.

Mr. Atlee Lambright placed 4th with Cross Country Legs Matter (Worldhbch grhbch tnt's 3mc Raisin Cain x Gem City Crank it up Josie) breeders were Jeff Duvall and Scott Stine.

WORLDHBCH GRHBCHHOF PCH GRCH TNTS 3 MC CHIEF wins the Southern Classic in Virginia.

Chief ended up winning the overall dog in Virginia this weekend, winning a dogtra system, TT15 collar, And 4 bags of Purina Pro Plan...

Tucker and Cain also were fortunate enough to pick up cast wins for the weekend.

A huge thank you to Allen Newby Joey Peterson Eric St Sing Jeremy and all of the other Lick Skillet Beagle Club members that helped put on this hunt. We had rabbits in every single cast that we were on and the running was damn good for a weekend as warm as this was. Lunch was great both days, and the hospitality as always was spot on!!

I always give Newby a hard time about rabbits, but man they sure did have them to run this weekend.

If you've never been down to the Southern Classic you should give it a try.

WORLDHBCH PCH GRCH GRHBCH TNT'S 3MC CHIEF

Pretty proud of old Chief for the weekend, we didn't have any luck getting plus points on Saturday, but Sunday had some luck and picked up a couple cast wins. It was HOT all weekend and he jumped every rabbit we ran in 3 casts on Sunday. He came up a little short in the finals on Sunday and finished 2nd for the overall. He still gives us a chance when we turn him loose... Thank you to Dude, Chad, Randy, and Randy for everything you guys do to put this hunt on. Great hospitality, great food, and great prizes.

WORLDHBCH GRHBCH TNT'S 3MC RAISIN CAIN won the Waynesburg, PA Terry Lemley memorial and another $600.00 and 3 bags of Purina pro plan.

The last 3 UKC hunts he has been entered in, he has won the final runoffs and won a total around $2800.00.

He's a pretty tough little 13" male that has continued to get it done and make us proud.
