Join us in congratulating Canine Nose Quest aka Cheryl and Argo on their amazing success at CPE Nationals!!!! Together they were able to win his standard and game classes!!! This team has worked incredibly hard and we couldn't be more proud! Go Cheryl and Argo!!!!!

Did you know that (just like you) your dog has a motivation/play style uniqely to them?! (Personally, I thrive off of long days lounging on my couch 🤣) Whether it be tug play, chase play, searching, or praise, all dogs have a preference. Sometimes, it's hard for us to find that exact motivator. Sports Paws is happy to host a clinic with Rebecca Hoffman all about finding your dogs motivation. Rebecca is a wonderful dog trainer with strong knowledge in science-backed, reward based techniques. With Rebecca, it's all about the bond you share with your pup. Finding that equilibrium and fostering fluid relationships. This will be a really fun class with lots of learning and laughs along the way.

Sign ups for this release Wednesday June 3rd at 12pm. There are VERY limited working spots available. Audit spots mean your pup stays at home and you get to observe and bring all the amazing knowledge back to your dog!

The end of May snuck up fast on me! If we haven't met yet, hi! My name is Hailey Sherlock and I do the scheduling for Lisa here at Sports Paws. And if you still don't know who I am- I have Atticus the insanely smart and quirky border collie. (See below)

What are you waiting for?! Your dog wants to look like a super hero and you haven't signed them up for their Powder Photo shoot with Alexandria Herseim. Now, we'll let it slide this time- but if your dog(s) have to wait any longer we will report you to the not cool dog parent club. These photos are great for holiday cards, bragging rights, and making your dog feel like badass!

Another ACT Event is in the books! Thank you to our wonderful ACT Judge Brenda Veldink for spending Saturday morning with us. As many of you know, Brenda and I host these events as a fundraiser for Chase Away K9 Cancer. To date, Sports Paws has raised over $3600.

Thank you to all who have participated with us and helped in our fundraising efforts. We are excited to announce the following new titles earned this past weekend...

Powder photo shoots are available for sign up! Get some adorable action shots of your pup that will have modeling agencies knocking on your door. (Kidding, kinda!)

Huge THANK YOU to Russell John Boten , Annette Haley, John Haley, Connie Keen and Rebecca Hoffman for helping today with the rat barn rebuild. I am looking forward to sharing our new course, and crazy masters tunnel, with everyone in the coming weeks. This new challenge would not have happened without your assistance.

MORE INTRO TO BARN HUNT CLASSES!

The fabulous Rebecca Hoffman has offered to host an Intro to Barn Hunt class on June 7th at 2pm.

The sign up for this class goes live TOMORROW May 10th at 7pm. The last 2 classes filled within 3 hours. There are currently 11 people on those waitlist so set your alarms and be ready!

POWDER PHOTO SHOOTS
Sign ups for powder photoshoots with Alex go live tomorrow at 7pm as well! There are roughly 23 slots available between June 19th and 21st. Please sign each dog up for an individual slot. Late arrivals will not be allowed more time as it makes the whole day run late. Cost is $80 per dog and will be paid directly to Alex.
