It’s a bittersweet moment whenever we have to say goodbye to anyone that’s been on this team for a while.
We spend so much time together in our salon, teaching and learning from each other.
I am blessed that so many talented groomers have been able to keep a livelihood working with me here at Woof Pack.
I’m also so happy for them when that talent gives them an opportunity to expand their skills into new, bigger ventures.
A huge part of who we are as long time colleagues is our devotion to our clients and their animals.
The most important thing I can do as an owner is cultivate an environment that focuses on the love we have for each animal and how much we can help teach owners how to keep them clean and healthy.
I’m proud to say that our groomer Mackenzie has upheld those values and will be taking them on her move to Oregon.
The growth I’ve seen in her as a groomer and as a person has been something profound to be a part of and I know she will take this knowledge with her.
This year has thrown turbulent times in her personal life, but somehow she always found the strength to show up for me and for all of the pets and clients she’s grown to know.
It takes a lot of heart to go through the kind of pain she’s weathered and STILL have a smile for everyone who needs her.
❤️
If you’ve been a client of hers, please stop by and wish her safe travels!
She will be moving at the end of the month and I know she will be happy to see you all before heading out.
So much love for her and blessings to her next adventure!
(She may return periodically for visits between months when she comes to visit family; so you may see her pop up here and there! We will keep everyone posted! 🤫)
