Hi Steve,
We finally got the latch installed this weekend - attached are a few photos. We opted to place it on top, closer to the middle of the door since that gave a little more throw on how far the door would open. We're using it to keep the door open so our senior dog to go in/out as she needs during the day. So far so good!

We received the Lock Latch, thank you 🙏 Very easy to install and it works well.
Our use case is a bit different to most of your clients as it’s more to keep our 4 year old from opening his window 🔒 rather than keeping people out so the key is a bit of a fiddle but it’s doing the job.
