🎉🐾 Pet of the Month: Nitro! 🐾🎉

Meet Nitro, a 6-year-old sweetheart with a heart of gold and a story worth celebrating. 💛

Nitro was found in Fillmore alongside her sister and brought to the Camarillo Shelter, where they were estimated to be about a year old. Her journey led her to a loving forever home — and we’ve been lucky to know her ever since. 🐶

Nitro joined the 805 Paw Lovers pack in 2020, and for the past 5 years, we’ve watched her grow into a loyal, gentle, and joyful companion. But her amazing family has been part of our community even longer — clients since June 2018! 💙

From her early rescue days to now, Nitro continues to remind us why we love what we do.

Today we celebrate the kings and queens of the wild — lions and their majestic cousins in the wild cat family! 🐾 From the African savanna to our living rooms (looking at you, feisty house cats 🐱), big cats inspire awe, strength, and sometimes a little sass.

While wild lions need our protection more than ever, let’s also take a moment to appreciate the “wild” felines we call family — the ones who rule our homes with a flick of their tail and a stare that says “I run this place.” 😼👑

🌈 In Loving Memory of Marley 🐾

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to sweet Marley, who crossed the rainbow bridge at 13.5 years old.

Marley was more than just a client — she was family. A loyal companion, gentle soul, and beloved part of the 805 Paw Lovers pack since 2018. Her presence brought joy to every visit, and her love left a lasting paw print on our hearts.

To know Marley was to love her, and we are so grateful for the years we shared by her side.
