Because they are family, I give them a low stress, no rush spaw day they deserve! My name is Cindy Crawford (not the super model... just Nana).

I offer grooming for small dogs under 15 lbs. I have 40+ yrs experience, & am a certified groomer. I opened my own shop at my home in late 2020. I am handicapped & have to sit down to groom. I feel that sitting also helps the dog feel more comfortable to work with me at eye level. I cannot lift or move over 15lbs. I work alone, to give your Littles a one on one, stress free experience. I do not us

e drying boxes or medication. Because of my handicap, I can only groom one dog a day. I don't have an overly busy schedule, making it easy to get in for an appointment. Your dog will always be treated like one of my own. I have 6 rescues of my own. They are all small dogs & kept in another part of the house.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
I'm sorry to announce that Nana's will be closed until further notice. I have developed severe arthritis in my right thumb, wrist & shoulder, preventing me to do much grooming on a regular basis. I will be grooming my own 3 dogs, but will probably have to go back to taking 2 days to groom 1 dog, like I used to do. I will miss you all!! 😢

Welcome back Sparky!! Sparky comes to be groomed about every 3 months & is a sweetheart. His coat gets pretty thick & overgrown, but he is easy to groom, which helps. He became a daddy in October of 5 very precious babies. They are adorable & one looks just like him!! 🥰

Our Shuchon Evee was way overdue for a groom. I have just been to busy to get her in, but took time today. I keep up with brushing, so she wasn't matted, she just had a LOT of hair!! She is the best behaved little girl & let's me do whatever I want. Next time, I'm thinking of dying her ears & tail purple!! 💜💜

I just got the unfortunate news that Gertie has just crossed over to Rainbow Bridge! This is a pic of when she was last groomed. I will miss you, sweet Gertie. I know that grooming was hard for you. The older you got, you became more uncomfortable, so we had to go slow & easy! Please know that you were very loved, as I see all of my little furry sweethearts as family. Fly high sweet Gert! No more pain... no more struggles!! 😢💔🌈

Meet Gizmo, 3 yr old Shihzu. He has never been groomed before! His new mama tried to shave his mats, but couldn't touch his face or feet because of him biting & fighting her. She asked if I could help & I told her that I would absolutely try. It was a challenge, to say the least. He was actually good for his feet, but terrified of the bath & of scissors around his face. He (and I) will sleep good tonight! Isn't he beautiful?? 💞

This is one of our Shuchons, Ace. Ace is 10 yrs old & has always hated to be groomed. After his nails, ears, sanitary & bath. He bit me after the blow-dry yesterday. It broke the skin & also a vein. I'm okay now, but with a dog I own or not, I won't put up with an aggressive dog! I stopped the groom & left it for today. He still wanted nothing to do with it, so using a muzzle, & restraints that connect to my table, I finished him as well as I could under the circumstances. As with any aggression, I will follow my own advice to the owner & will have him checked out by the vet, & then see if I can sedate him for the next time I groom him. It's been a very intense 2 days. He's never been this bad. I'm hoping that nothing is wrong with him. 😢♥️
