Today was a bit ruff.... pun intended because we keep it positive here! ❤️ Long story short...we unfortunately had to end a relationship with a client today due to poor treatment of staff. This was in no way the fault of the pup and we hope they find an amazing new groomer. This is our second month at the new shop and we are doing our absolute best we can for all our new clients but we know that we have room to improve and I promise that we have a lot of great things in the works that will lead to easier booking, more one on one time with the dogs, less kennel time, less time in the shop, reminder messages, improved coat care, service additions etc etc. We only ask for your patience while we work on it, respect and kindness given to our staff and children, and communication. While we were left excellent grooming notes we don't automatically know your preferences or expectations for pickup times. We always try to accommodate pick up time requests if communicated to us prior to your appointment but we also cannot guarantee pick up times. The nature of this job is that we are working with multiple live animals and while we love them all, they don't all want to cooperate for every service. We will always make your pets safety and comfort our priority and sometimes that does make a service take longer. We hope to make some changes very soon that will help that issue! For now, we're feeling a little sad about our former client. If you've had a good experience with us and would be willing to leave us a Google review we would really appreciate the love!
