❤ OVERLOOKED PUP - ROCKI ❤

We're scratching our heads wondering how Rocki hasn't found his forever family yet! This dashing Akita/Husky mix is still on the prowl for a lively crew to enjoy running and playing with. Rocki dreams of a big backyard to zoom around like a furry tornado! He's got brains to match his looks but needs a patient pal to help him master those tricks he's still working on. Rocki's a social butterfly with other pups, though his enthusiasm can be a whirlwind at first. Don’t worry though, a meet-and-greet with any current canine roommates is a must to ensure they vibe well. As for cats, let's just say Rocki's idea of fun is more chase than chill, so he'd thrive in a cat-free zone. Come by to meet Rocki and see if you two are meant to be tail-wagging besties!

Introducing Scarlett! This lovely lady wandered in as a stray and, sadly, no one came forward to claim her, so she's on the hunt for her forever family! While her past is a bit of a mystery, one thing's crystal clear: her fantastic personality is sure to win hearts! Scarlett might be a tad shy, but all she craves is a little love and snuggles. She's as gentle as a feather and a huge cuddle bug! But watch out—this curious girl has a knack for escape artistry, so her new digs need a fence that's at least 6 feet high! Scarlett can be a bit picky when it comes to dogs, she prefers the males over the ladies for sure. As for cats, Scarlett does great with all cats! She really knows how to respect a kitty's space. If Scarlett sounds like your kind of gal, swing by the shelter for a meet and greet! We do have a playdate policy for any resident pups.

❤ OVERLOOKED PUP- CHOPPER ❤

Meet Chopper! This dashing dude is a husky/lab mix on a mission to find his forever family! Chopper is a friendly fella who can't get enough of toys—especially those squeaky ones that make him bounce with joy! Full of energy, he's on the lookout for the perfect play buddy! Now, he might get a little jittery when it comes to collars and leashes, but with some tender loving care, we know he’ll realize that leash time means fun time! This clever pup already knows a bunch of commands like sit, lie down, come, and stay. Plus, he’s no stranger to pampering—grooming sessions, nail trims, baths, you name it, he’s all in! Chopper does have a touch of separation anxiety, which means he might try to pull a Houdini when left alone. He needs a human who can shower him with time and attention. As for cats and other dogs? Chopper can be a bit possessive and would do best as the only pet of the house! Due to his possessive personality, Chopper needs an owner that knows how to respect his boundaries and can continue to work with him on his reactive tendencies. We have noticed he does not love to share his toys. A new owner will need to be attentive to potential resource guarding when it comes to high value items and other dogs. Due to this, we recommend a child-free home for Chopper. If Chopper sounds like your new best friend, swing by the shelter and say hi!

Say hello to the adorable Bambam! This little lady was handed over to us and is now eagerly searching for her forever cuddle crew. At just 11 months old, Bambam is a lab retriever mix who’s all about learning the ropes, so she'll need a family ready to polish her skills. Though she may come off as a bit of a wallflower at first, beneath that shy exterior lies the ultimate snuggle champion! Bambam adores hugs and is a master in the art of affection. Not just a sweetheart, Bambam's also a sporty gal on the lookout for a partner in her athletic endeavors. She’s gentle as a lamb around kiddos, having lived with one before. While she might be a tad timid around other dogs, since she's only known her littermates, we’re confident that a calm canine buddy could show her that dogs are simply pawsome pals! To ensure a match made in doggy heaven, we recommend a meet and greet with any dogs you already have. Bambam also handles feline friends well, as long as they’re not too sassy—those make her a little jittery! Think Bambam is the perfect new member for your home? Swing by the shelter and say hi!
