Yesterday was a hard day.
This morning, his fever is still here and he needed a blood transfusion.

Cultures haven’t grown anything so far, so doctors think this may be withdrawal as he comes off his meds.

He still has one more medication to come down from.

It’s just really hard watching him go through this.

This is Sofia… 💔
Just 5 years old.
What started as something doctors thought might be temporary turned into a diagnosis no family is ever prepared for.
Sofia has DIPG, a rare, aggressive, and inoperable brain tumor.
There is no easy path. No simple fix. Only treatment, hope and faith.
Since that day, Sofia has been fighting a battle most adults couldn’t endure.
She’s gone through 30 radiation treatments without sedation.
She’s sat through MRIs, surgeries, long hospital days…
endured countless needles, fear, and exhaustion…
She even went to school after early morning treatments.

🚨 BREAKING — The six U.S. military service members killed in the crash of a KC-135 Stratotanker during operations connected to the Iran conflict have now been identified.

They are:
1. Maj. John A. Klinner, 33
2. Capt. Ariana G. Savino, 31
3. Tech. Sgt. Ashley B. Pruitt, 34
4. Capt. Seth R. Koval, 38
5. Capt. Curtis J. Angst, 30
6. Tech. Sgt. Tyler H. Simmons, 28

The aircraft went down March 12th over western Iraq during a refueling mission in support of ongoing military operations.

Officials say the incident happened in friendly airspace, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Three of the airmen were assigned to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida, while the other three served with the Ohio Air National Guard’s 121st Air Refueling Wing.

Each one of them leaves behind family, friends, and communities now mourning a devastating loss.
