Although i dont have any idea where this « national croissant day » comes from (definitely not from France as it is croissant day everyday😂😂😂) , when i was baking all night to nail perfect taste and texture...i kinda miss it but i am into another challenge now... 🌱💚

Merry Christmas to yall ❤️hope you guys had wonderful time! Focus on main course for us, you will not see traditional “bûche de Noël” pic😜. This “feuilleté forestière” was 🔥! Flacky “pâte feuilletée” + mushrooms+ potatoes + a bunch of improvised flavors 🤤almost wanna have for breakfast too now 🤫. We are so excited to announce we are going to have a baby girl! Most of you have seen the little bump already, that got really bigger recently😂 and we are in perfect health🤞🏽💚🌱. Only thing is that she does not appreciate that much those sleepless nights baking and all the hard work around the crazy production rythm. So i had to take a break to take care of us! However, this time will enable me to take a step ahead and work on some new developments. The French Vakery will be back soon with very exciting annoucements. Stay tuned! Thank you again for all your support, feel so blessed by both those new adventures! 🙌🏽

Wonderful day yesterday at French Fair in Palo Alto, thank you so much for inviting us, Elizabeth and Bruno, our friends and Cris for stopping by again, all the French Community and all people that came including our regular customers who follow us everywhere we sell💚💚💚!
