After a long, Covid induced hiatus, Critterz Chewzit is back in business!

Due to increases in cost of materials (lumber over triple, apple oat cookies up by 50% plus, and increases on all other components) prices have been raised; but you still can't beat the quality and value of our Chewzits!

In order to keep prices down somewhat, the jingle balls are currently not a feature, although the photos of the products still show them. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

*We still have a limited supply of jingle balls to add to Slam Dunks and Ringzit Flingzits.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I tell you that Sir Gridley has gone to the great rabbitry in the sky.

Just moments ago, I found him limp and unresponsive on his table. Hubs held him while I started warming towels in the dryer and making electrolyte solution... but he passed away before we could do more for him.

Today, he jumped off of his table three times, and romped around the living room... something that he has NEVER done before. I was thinking it was time to build him some type of ramp so he could get back up on his table to use his litter box.

Perhaps he was trying to tell us something- or just celebrating his last day on earth with a final frolic... I just don't know.

What I do know is that he will be missed not only by myself and my family, but all who had the pleasure of meeting him in person or online.

Rest in peace, my beloved Sir Gridley, noblest of bunnehs.

I cherish the time we had together, and will miss you always.

ARBA Convention 2019

A huge thank you to the CRCS team who make organizing a show of this magnitude look like a walk in the park. The time and effort involved are invisible to the majority of us, but your passion for the fancy is blindingly bright!

Critterz Chewzit had its most profitable event to date in Reno, although we did not return home with nearly as much cash as we *should* have.

Our downfall was having Jen's Sweet Breads and Goodies as our neighboring vendor, so almost as fast as the Chewzit money came in, off it went in exchange for brownies, S'mores bars, and other toothsome treats.

We were very honored to share our booth with Misty Polasik for the debut of RabbitSeed, an organization in Uganda whose mission is to lift children out of poverty by raising rabbits and making rabbit themed art. Thank you to all that purchased bracelets, wall art, and clothing to help these beautiful children have the opportunity for a better life.

Who knew at this stage of Sir Gridley's career that Critterz Chewzit would be subject to a hostile (hare) takeover and would become C.E.O???

Wow!!! What a wonderful day we had in Stockton, at the Double Open/Double Youth show hosted by the Big Valley Rabbit Association!

It was Sir Gridley Chewzit's first official day on the job as SpokesBunny, and he took his job very seriously indeed. He was a busy fellow all day long, and enjoyed greeting children and adults alike!

Whether it was thanks to Gridley's efforts, or the fact that more and more rabbits have formed an addiction to Chewzits, we had our best sales day ever at a show other than the 2015 ARBA Convention and 2016 West Coast Classic!

A big thank you goes out to the show committee for all of their hard work not only this year, but in years past for making this event what it is today. Looking forward to attending your next event!
