Rescue provides the medical, food, toys, crate, training pads, and other necessities.

Foster found!!

Birmingham AL and surrounding counties! We need one foster for the male puppy, 3-4 weeks. He is nine weeks, about 12 pounds. Food, crate, toys, medical, other supplies, all provided.

We rescued these three puppies from a Walmart over the weekend! Seven had already been given away. We hope that those seven will be spayed and neutered and all have a good life.

All of our puppies receive a minimum of two puppy vaccines, Bordetella and Booster, multiple deworming, spay and neuter, microchip, quality, dog, food, toys, and other necessities. Your donation of any amount is tax deductible! Thanks to those who support Animal Rescue!!

Birmingham, Alabama, surrounding states or New England! Duchess is for adoption!

Duchess comes from a litter of four, three flame point kittens and one orange. They have been in rescue for two months. She has light blue eyes!

Duchess lives in a foster home with her littermates, an adult female cat and an adult male cat. They all love each other. She enjoys chasing, hiding in tunnels, napping on the top bunk bed or on the Cat Tree, scratchy pads, and other activity toys. You might even find her running through the house with a toy mouse in her mouth!

We prefer our kittens adopt in pairs so they always have a friend to play and snuggle with. Or, that they adopt to a home with a young playful cat.

Her adoption includes spay, rabies, combo test negative, FVRCP and boosters, multiple deworming, and she receives parasite prevention.

Pint sized Izzy is for adoption!

Izzy is approximately 10 weeks old.
She came into Rescue with her Mom, Gladys, and her litter when she was approximately two weeks old. Mama dog is 17 pounds, dad unknown, we expect Izzy to weigh under 20 pounds as an adult. We cannot guarantee that she would be smaller than that, but she probably will as she’s smallest in her litter.

Izzy is currently living in a foster home with a working family, teenagers, a cat, adult dogs and doing extremely well.

Izzy’s adoption includes spay, all vaccines, dewormings, microchip, and she receives monthly parasite prevention.

Local area adoption $300. Long distance will be more with transportation fees and requirements. We’ve been adopting dogs long distance for well over a decade!

Cooper is 11 weeks old and 11 pounds. His ears are changing. It could be a couple of weeks before we know what they are going to do. He is a mixed breed puppy, we expect him to grow to a medium size dog, and he probably has over 10 breeds in his DNA.

Cooper was supposed to go to a very Temporary Foster home, but they have enjoyed him so much, they asked to foster him until he finds his forever home! That’s saying a lot!

Cooper lives in a foster home with a working couple, teenagers, cats and dogs and he’s doing wonderful! He’s doing great on his crate training and loves the attention he gets from his Fosters.

Cooper’s adoption includes neuter, rabies, other vaccines and boosters, deworming,  microchip, and Cooper receives monthly parasite prevention.

Local area Adoption $300. Long distance Adoption will be more due to the transportation requirements and fees. We do not own the van service.

Someone left the sweet and loving Dog out in the country to survive on his own after they starved him. He waited alone in the country where he was fed by a man who owned the land. He was there for a week until we could find a place for him to go!! That’s no exaggeration!

This boy is smart. Bridger is perfectly crate trained, leash trained, house trained, and good with cats and the other dogs in his foster home. He has not been exposed to young kids, but he has a very sweet temperament and we think he would do good in most any home.

Bridger is approximately one year old and weighs about 55 pounds. He’s neutered, heartworm negative, up-to-date on all vaccines, microchipped , and receiving parasite prevention.
