Stall Specs: 10'×14', fully rubber matted, HayChix hay net, cleaned daily, entire stall area is new concrete
Self-Proclaimed Pros and Cons
Pros:
• WE HAVE HIGHLAND COWS! (Gasp, cheers, squeals) Disclaimer- they're not for willy-nilly petting, but they are pretty to look at.
• There is a giant marshmallow looking thing that you'll be able to ride in. It's pretty big 85'×120') and looks really cool at night with lights on. It's not done quite yet because, ya know, time.
• Your horse will be taken care of like they're my own.
• Family-oriented, no drama place.
• You want to buckle down and have a training session? Let's do it! You want to sit on some horses and have a vent session about life? I'll bring some drinks.
Cons:
• We're not a 5-star facility with all the bells and whistles. Here, it's hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and muddy in the spring.
• Currently, no designated tack storage.
• You can't snuggle this group of Highlands.
• The bathroom is in the house and, spoiler alert, we have 2 kids and I am the dishwasher.
