Sourced from the finest growers out west and delivered directly to our farm, these ingredients go straight from us to you. They’re now available to our partnered restaurants and chefs, with full details and updates live on our website.
Each herb is carefully handled and inspected by our in-house team — including retired chefs who ensure every bundle meets our highest quality standards.

What an unforgettable evening! Huge thanks to Brentwood Grille for hosting the Last Wine Dinner of the Year — a stunning Mushroom and Catena Wine Extravaganza 🍷🍄
We were honored to be invited to celebrate the beauty of our mushrooms and microgreens through each incredible course. From trumpet “scallops” with butternut squash purée to the hearty lion’s mane “steak” with chimichurri, charred corn, and silky potato-parsnip purée. Every bite captured the earthy magic we love growing every day.
Grateful for chefs who bring out the best in our products, and for a community that shares our passion for local ingredients. Cheers to great food, good wine, and even better company!
