🎓 Youth Apprenticeship Program Winners!

As many of you know, we launched our Youth Apprenticeship Program during our July Show, and it was a huge success! Our apprentices were given a behind-the-scenes look at the many careers that support the reined cow horse community, along with real opportunities to learn, work, and grow.

Each apprentice spent up to 16 hours with our mentors, completing hands-on tasks while being evaluated on work ethic, trainability, motivation, and overall performance. Using mentor feedback and our numbered scoring system, we’ve officially narrowed down our winners!

🏆 Congratulations to Sunni Flint on earning the $2,000 top scholarship!

🥈 Congratulations to Avery Flaming on coming in a close second and earning a $1,000 scholarship!

We are incredibly proud of all of our apprentices and grateful to the mentors who invested their time, knowledge, and experience into the next generation of our industry. We can’t wait to see where these young people go from here!
