Coming up on 4 years past the passing of my sweet boy. WAGGIN Tails Carbon Dark and Dirty$ is still producing offspring across the country and still providing $ just in time for Christmas. I was definitely surprised and delighted when I opended the mail the other day to find out 13 more straws had sold. This is insurance this why all of 5 my Bucks got collected years before they passed. He was far from my first goat that was 20 years before him but he was my first Boer buck ever and my baby. I miss you so much my beautiful boy, but am so glad that I still have a few of your daughters and grand daughters and frozen straws mean we have more Carbon kids someday.

Farm WInter/Spring update winter weather wise was good. We lost a few good bucks due to old age, bloat. It's hard but thankfully all my Sr Bucks were collected by Biogenics so their lines will continue. Lost 3 does unexpectedly 2 of which had no offspring but big mama who was just weeks from kidding when she bloated over night a shocking loss but she will live on here through her many daughters, and grand daughters in our herd. With the loss of my beautiful boy LORD Simon Carbon's line of sons at our farm has ended. But we still have many Carbon daughters, granddaughters and great grandmother daughters. Buckeye is our only Sr buck. His son Laird Magnus is looking forward to being our new Jr buck.

For my neighbors who raise goats be on alert a cougar was seen few weeks back going into the orchards down the street and apparently its still in the area and payed us a visit last night inside a no climb fully fence field. And our LGD'S are not allowed over there so these new prints in the melting snow are not from our dogs.

I was inspired by a Facebook Friend to finally post this. I have been missing recently from everyone for almost two months I physically wasn't able to care for my animals or was in the hospital. Took a small run around the farm yesterday with my Sterling he's a mommas boy and so happy to have me back. I was recently told by a doctor that I am lucky to be alive. Mentally that hit me harder than I thought it would. All because of my medical training and that I took the initiative and sought help from another ER in another town. So my advice is if doctors are ignoring you or in my case just plain ignorant and refuse to admit their mistakes from a surgery seek out other help it just may save your life. So only a few does were bred in time for 4h babies but will definitely be getting some color and spots with those babies. Now we are trying to get back to normal around the farm and get the rest bred.

My Beautiful Boy maybe in heaven, but his LEGACY still lives on here and around the country. Carbon straws are available locally here pm my if interested and straws are available for purchase online through Biogenics and they will ship straws anywhere including Hawaii where Carbon straws have been sent before.🥰🥰🥰
