Did a groom this week. This is an incredibly important tool to have. During the summer foxtails grow everywhere, and these are awesome at pulling them out of tight little places. 

Foxtails are almost one of the worst things your dog can get into. If you do not get them out of your dog’s hair, they will burrow down into the skin, find a vein and then make it to your dogs heart. If your dog has been playing foxtails and you notice a huge lump anywhere around the chest or the throat, get them to the vet immediately. This will save your dog’s life.

Here is my promotion for the week. If your dog is matted to the point that it needs a shave down and you’ve had him/her groomed by a previous groomer in the same condition at whatever price they charged you , send proof and I will do it for $25 less. Because Matts better tight cause the skin to suffocate which could result in a major vet bill.

The following links are recommended for dog training, a prong collar is safer than a choke chain in many ways. Prong collars are designed to get just the nerve, where as a choke chain can bracken our dogs voice box.
