🌟 Aspen 🌟 goes into training tomorrow thanks to your donation 🙏🏽 Melvin is his trainer. Aspen is still available for adoption through Mad Love Animal Rescue - Follow Dog's Train Home and for updates on Aspen’s training.

Aspen is another Craigslist story. Two men living out of an apartment in Palmdale was advertising him for free. They were unable to sell him because of the blemish in one of his eyes. When Aspen was handed to he was drenched in urine and his ribs were popping out form lack of food.

Plan:

This program is 50/50 dog and human training. The rescue is fully committed and if Aspen is adopted during training the new owner will take over Aspen's training program. Should the adopter not be local, Aspen will remain with the rescue until training is completed.

Sponsor a dog and give your loved one and a dog a gift?
Behavior training can mean the difference between being adopted or left with no home to go to.

Our sponsor card is a simple plastic card that you can give to your loved one. The QR code on the reverse can be scanned and on Christmas morning the dog you have sponsored will display.

You can then follow their training progress from rescue to forever home. They make a simple feel-good gift to give someone for Christmas.

Behavioral issues are the main reason that dogs are surrendered and when they come from a kill shelter being returned could mean a spot on the euthanasia (kill) list. Some dogs struggle to be re-homed because of general bad manners, over-excitement, or barking.

The cards are available locally in the LA area $30 + postage BUT today I will cover the postage for Giving Tuesday.
