Please note that at this time I am experiencing a high volume of appointment requests and I am currently booked out approximately 8 weeks. Due to this, it has become difficult for me to return all messages and phone calls.
To ensure you are getting the information you need and timely appointments for your pets, I have provided a list of the best ways to book an appointment or contact me.
⚫️ Booking an appointment through my website is the fastest and most convenient way to receive an appt. for your pet.
To schedule an appt. please go to www.tailsnails.com and select the “Book Now” link at the top of my website.
If you are a current client (and I have a cell phone number on file for you) you have been receiving appt reminder texts from my scheduling software. The phone number for those texts is 334-487-6226. Please use this number to reply to any texts, to book an appt by text, or if you have any questions at all.
⚫️ This is the best number for any and all texting.
I am now having all messages sent to my Business page https://www.facebook.com/tailsnails/ monitored on a more frequent basis. Messaging me through my Business Page is also now a preferred method of contact. Please reach out that way of it works for you!
⚫️ Unfortunately my personal Facebook Messenger is not a reliable form of contact.
I receive a large number of Facebook messages on my personal page. Due to this, I am unable to monitor my personal Facebook messages on a frequent basis and often times will miss messages.
At this time, emailing is also difficult for me to monitor regularly. My response time could be up to a week.
My business phone line, (518) 335-8039, is monitored daily, however messages may be missed due to the volume of calls and messages I receive on that line. When leaving a voicemail, I am more likely to reply back by text. In conclusion, my voicemail is a great way to relay information to me, however returning phone calls can be difficult and may take me some time.
Please know that I am aware that it can be difficult to reach me at times. I am actively working on ways to make this easier for my customers, as well as myself. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!!
