First off let me say we appreciate our customers. Its because of y'all, that our business has prospered. We wouldn't be where we are, if it wasn't for you guys giving us a chance. It is a huge deal to be entrusted with caring for your fur babies. We always strive for excellence and consistency. That being said I cannot stress how busy we get in the summer. Please make your appointment ahead of time, so you have a GUARANTEED appointment.we cannot help it if you wait until the last minute to set one up. We are booked out a few weeks in advance.. This is our job. This is how we live, pay our bills, and support our families. We take our jobs very seriously. For those of you who don't know dog grooming is very long and tedious work. No joke. No 1 dog takes the same amount of time to finish. It always depends on how the doggies act. Please give us the same courtesy you expect when you call and your dog isn't finished. If you do not ask for a specific time to pick your baby up, we get them done as efficiently and quickly as we can. We are dog owners too and we know what's its like to miss our doggies. Please, if you have an issue just give us a call and talk to us. We're people just like you, we have good days, and bad days, and we always try our best for all of you.
