📢 Barky Bus: Final Reminder Before Our Winter Break! 📢

Just a reminder that October is the Barky Bus's final month of service before our seasonal winter pause begins in November!

If your pup relies on the Barky Bus to get to Playcare, now is the time to make a plan for November. Please reach out to our team to discuss your transportation needs and make arrangements.

We anticipate bringing the Barky Bus back around April, although an official return date has not been set yet. We'll share updates as we get closer!

Thank you to all our Barky Bus families for another great season of rides, wagging tails, and happy pups. We can't wait to hit the road with you again in the spring!

Corn would like to remind everyone that personal space is overrated and belly rubs should be mandatory.

This Border Collie knows exactly how to make herself comfortable! Someone give this girl an award for being professionally adorable. ❤️

☀️ Nothing beats a sunny day outside! ☀️

Our Structured and Puppy Preschool pups love soaking up the sunshine whenever the weather cooperates! Whether they’re catching a little nap, stretching out in the grass, or just enjoying the fresh air, they know how to make the most of their outdoor time.

And of course, no day on the hill is complete without keeping an eye on all the dogs coming and going from the dog park! These pups take their lookout duties very seriously!

Sunshine, fresh air, and plenty of relaxing… sounds like a pretty perfect day to us!

Looking for a little more freedom for your dog to roam?

Not every property is suited for a traditional fence, but that doesn't mean you can't explore other options!

SkyShepherd uses GPS technology to help create boundaries for your dog, giving them more space to enjoy while helping them learn where they can and can't go.

Curious if SkyShepherd could work for your property? Stop by Leashes + Leads and chat with our team! We can help you learn more about the system and what to consider before getting started.

Because a little extra room to run can make a big difference!

🎃 Our Halloween Party is Coming Up!

Join us at Leashes & Leads on the evening of October 30th for a fun night of Halloween festivities! Bring the whole family, furry members included, for food, drinks, trick-or-treating for dogs and kids, and our Halloween costume contest!

🏆 The Costume Contest is the highlight of the night, and we want to see YOU participate! We’ll have two categories, with prizes up for grabs!

1. Individual Costumes: Show off your dog’s Halloween best! Whether they’re spooky, silly, or just plain adorable, we want to see them strut their stuff.

2. Group Costumes: Get creative and bring the whole crew! Groups can include multiple dogs, a dog and their people, or the entire family. The more creative, the better!

We would LOVE to see our L&L families come out and join the contest! This is the perfect opportunity to show off all that costume creativity, have some fun together, and maybe even take home a prize. Start planning your costumes now because we can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!
