Thank you for everything in 2022!
In January of this year we took a chance and opened up a retail location in Liberty Twp, OH.
This year has been one of learning, new experiences, meeting incredible customers, making new connections and working with some amazing individuals.
Unfortunately due to rising costs of our vendor products, rent increases and quite honestly not achieving the numbers we needed to hit, we've decided it's best to close our location at the end of 2022 and go back to 100% online as of 1/1/2023.
Please don't take this the wrong way. We've had an amazing year and have the best customers on earth. At this time it just makes the most sense for our small business to go back to what we know best. E-commerce.
As a business, we cannot sustain passing increased product costs onto customers given the current economic climate and the one thing that has been consistent has been our online sales this year, it makes sense to put our efforts back into the online business at this time for us.
Sometimes in this life you take chances and it works wonderfully. Sometimes it doesn't work in the way you wish it would. You never know, until you know.
Nonetheless, as the owner of Pet-Supps, I don't feel one bit of regret with this store and can't wait to see what 2023 has for us going back to online and going to expos across the U.S. to spread the brand as far as we can.
Never giving up on this business or this dream. Just simply adapting to the situation presented.
This isn't goodbye. It's see you later.
